Please note the following:

  1. This form does not guarantee your booking and we may ask more about your event if we don't have enough information.

  2. Before completing the form please check the hall is available using our online calendar Hall Availability

  3. Make sure you allow for time to set up and clean down your event. 

    1. For example, if your event finishes late on Saturday then you may wish to consider an hour or so on Sunday to clean up.  It may be financially beneficial to look at our Weekend Rate (details of rates can be found on our Hire Rates page)

  4. Please ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions for booking the hall Booking Terms & Conditions

  5. The Hirer must be over 25 to make the booking.
